Booked Bob out in advance about a week. He gave me a date. I did not hear from him so the day before I texted him. He said no he could not do it because he was out sick. He asked to reschedule 1 week later he gave the day and time. I said that would work. I understand holidays and people getting sick. 1 week later again the day before I text him to make sure we were still on. He once again said he was sick and pushed me off. Unless you want to chase Bob for an appt he is your guy. Not worth my time. Bad business and no follow up. I had to try and confirm my own appointments.

There is a night and day with the service I got from RCDoor garage door service and the service provider that came to do repairs.RC Door installed two different springs for the door. One spring was rated for one amount of weight a doors has and the other was rated for an increased amount of weight. This made my door and control system work improperly. The squeaking was because the springs used in the may have been sitting on his truck exposed to the climate. However the current technician had test done to the system and a diagnosis that lead to the repairs to the garage door.it's working perfectly

Gave RC Doors call and spoke with Bob at 8am and by 9am my garage door was fixed. Repair was only for a broken spring but Bob notice a dip/bend on my garage door and without me saying anything he went into his truck and came back with a brace and reinforced my door, feel of charge. Would definitely recommend RC doors... awesome Guy, very professional

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Bob was really nice and professional on the phone up until it was actually time to come out. He gave my husband a window between 11-1 to come out and install a garage door opener and did not show up. Don't waste your time with RC Doors!

Diagnosed the issue with my door in less than 5 minutes. Came back the next day and fixed the problem and showed where the break occurred.

While the job was easy in retrospect, you aren't paying for the job, you are paying for his knowledge and experience. In and out quick and with everyone's busy schedule, what more can you ask for?
