John founded his company in Fremont, California in 1982 and became known for his quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Having John and his crew at our home was more like having skilled family members working to insure we would have 100% satisfaction. They exceeded our expectations on every level including price, schedule and exceptional workmanship.
Hagenbach Construction is proud to support the new Central Oregon Community College Construction Training program, as featured in the Bend Bulletin article. John Hagenbach has not only provided countless hours in training his staff and construction crew seeking to learn the construction trade, but he has also spent thousands of hours training all 3 of his children.

This is my first Yelp review and it is way overdue.
We bought a fixer-upper (built in early 70s, original) and was in search of a contractor to do a full interior remodel of our house sometime last year. We interviewed John and three others (searching for trustworthy partner with great quality craftsmanship at reasonable price, not the lowest.. but fair). John was reasonable with his pricing, but most importantly, John came across as an honest and trustworthy man (with emphasis, gentlemen's handshake type of guy), straight forward, very knowledgeable, transparent, and not afraid to speak his mind
