We have an ISA certified arborist on staff to address any tree issues a customer may have. We pride ourselves on customer service and quality work. Alex is the real deal, not only a knowledgeable Arborist but a man of his word. My neighbors and I have used different tree companies over the years, but will only call Platinum Tree Care going forward! Alex and crew showed up on time & as scheduled, they did an outstanding job!

We contacted Alex at Platinum Tree Care from a flyer left in our mailbox (not the sort of thing we do often) to get a quote on the removal and stump grinding of a large tree growing too close to our house. He responded the next day and scheduled a visit to provide an estimate which we accepted on the spot. He gave us a date less than a week out. A couple of days before, he called to confirm and let us know approximately when his team would show up. The team showed up at the appointed time, finished the work quickly and completely cleaned up the area afterwards. It was a true pleasure doing work

We had a large section of a mature maple come down during a storm narrowly missing our car, and leaving a very unstable tree leaning towards our home. Alex and team answered our call right away, despite it being well after hours and were there within the hour. Within another hour they had the tree down, and all debris chipped. Not only that, but their rates are reasonable as well!

Mark Duffy and his crew were amazing. I had the team remove a broken Bradford Pear from the back yard and a Yucca plant from beside the mailbox. The Yucca plant was planted where all the lines converged for the house and Mark called 811 to have the count come out and draw lines for their team.
Mark came out about two weeks before removal to give an estimate on removing the tree and stump grinding, and said we'd get the mulch from the tree limbs and trunk. He offered suggestions on a heartier tree to plant in the area, too. He also offered landscaper recommendations to help us get the back yard

Platinum Tree Care trimmed up two large river birch trees in my front yard. They were overgrown and drooping and completely blocking sunlight from the house and yard. Such a difference! The crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic experience!

Alex was quick to respond in coming out to give me a quote. I found him knowledgeable and fairly priced. We scheduled a day for him to come do the work. A week before the scheduled appointment, he called and said he had an opening and could he come by that day. He didn’t show That day or call to cancel. I had to call him a week later to see if he was going to make his originally scheduled appointment. Left several messages. He texted the day after our scheduled appointment to apologize and we rescheduled. On the third appointment for Saturday at 8:30am he, again, did not show or bother to let

After Alexander Capo came by to give me a quote for tree removal, he put me in the schedule 2-3 weeks later. The day prior to the scheduled date, I was rescheduled for 2 weeks later (not a problem, I understand things come up). Well... on the rescheduled date, he never showed or called to let me know that he would not be coming. He also never returned my text/call (I understand things come up so gave him the rest of the week to contact us before posting this review). So our project has been put on hold since the end of May because of Alex. Very unprofessional.
