If you were to walk onto a Yates Construction Site, you would find no hand rails guarding employees from falls greater than six feet, construction managers with absolutely zero management skills or knowledge of the job or task, and employees who constantly scream and cuss out subcontractors for policies not previously enforced (Construction slang is typical on jobsites, insults and belittling isn't to be tolerated--especially from these so called 'professionals'.) Stay as far away from this General Contractor. I've been on some terrible sites before, but these guys really take the cake.
