Our company believes that when someone pays a professional they expect a professional experience. Secure Moving, Inc. Once your uniformed crew arrives and before any item is removed from your home, Secure Moving, Inc. will use our custom "Home Protection Kit". This kit provides the best protection of your residence during the moving process.
When the moving van arrives, the moving crew will immediately set up your home for loading or delivery. We use our custom "Home Protection System" to make sure your home is protected. We pad your front door with a thick custom cover, we protect banisters, railings, and doorjambs with specialized pads.
Many items can be safely moved without being packed in a box. We request that lamps, lampshades, artwork, glass, pictures, closets, kitchen, electronics, etc, be packed for safe transportation. We will be happy to assist you in professionally packing any of the above items. These fragile and high tech displays need to be packed back in the original box or in one of our specially designed TV cartons.
Because pets have an instinctive fear of new surroundings, pet owners want to help them adjust quickly. Pre-planning is the key to an easier transfer, regardless of the mode of transportation chosen. Travel arrangements should be completed as far in advance of moving day as is practical, keeping departure day tasks to a minimum.

We moved from Hoover to Tuscaloosa. All is can say is they are so good that they took better care of our stuff than we would. They wrapped everything and I mean everything. This was a three day process and they were always on time and moved with a since of urgency. I would use them again and again.

Everyone we dealt with at Secure Moving were motivated, professional, super accommodating, and prompt. The actual crew consisting of D, Ricardo, Key, and Eddie were absolutely amazing. The smiled, laughed and had a “can do” attitude throughout the entire move!!! I simply can’t say enough about John and his company. I would recommend them 100%. John’s follow-up after the move was also amazing! Thanks to everyone from the office to our moving crew to make this process as pleasant as possible!!

These guys are real pros. The estimator was efficient and made sure there would be no surprises. (Also, for responding to a snail-mail solicitation letter, we were given a choice of a $100 discount or that amount in boxes and other materials. We chose the 2nd option and are glad we did!)
The day before the move they called a left a message listing names of the driver and other movers--and when they'd arrive. Those four guys exceeded our expectations. They were efficient and worked extremely hard. They were personable, funny, and easy to "spend a day with!" And they took great care with every item

Thanks to the great team at Secure Moving for a flawless, professional experience for my Mom, as she downsized and moved. Amos, Cory, Mark and the entire staff patiently and respectfully worked with us as we took on one of the biggest, most stressful projects of our lives. I have moved multiple times and I’ve never experienced a moving team like the team at Secure Moving. I wouldn’t call anyone else!!!

I could not recommend Secure Moving highly enough. Due to my circumstances we had to change our original plan and orchestrate a split move. The second move called for four drop off locations which they managed perfectly. The team was professional, courteous, even cheerful, and extremely efficient. Nothing I requested was too much trouble and the answer was always YES!

We were so pleased with Secure Movers! They were an awesome group of men both during the move out and move in experience! They kept our belongings safe in there storage facility for several weeks before we could move in our new home. Our sales men that obtained our business were superior as well! We used this company for our move to another state, based on the experience of friends who also used Secure Moving. We were extremely happy with the professional service from start to finish. This business has great storage units that are well maintained. I have been a customer for over 2 years. My family & I have used them for moving and could not have been more pleased. I was recently treated very rudely by one of their personnel because I expressed a concern regarding an unauthorized charge that was made to my card by the company.
