Charleston Bath Experts replaced our old fiberglass tub and surround with a new shower and acrylic enclosure. It looks beautiful. The work was done professionally and on time. Everything was cleaned up before they left. There were no “surprise” extra charges, and they returned later to make sure everything was done correctly and met our expectations. We are having them back to replace a second tub.

Charleston Bath Experts was great!! There was an issue after the install but it was fixed promptly and I am extremely happy with my tub/shower combo!! Brian, Kelly Jo, Derek, Justin and Luke were all a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate to completion!!

This has to be one of the finest businesses in the Charleston area. They take great pride in doing outstanding work and installing a great product, from the first moment you meet them until the work is completed they keep you informed and up to date with everything going on, when the work is finished and your satisfied with the product the owner comes out about a week later to ensure your satisfaction and inspects the work and installation, discusses the warranty and explains they are there anytime to take care of any issues for you, if you're looking to remodel a bathroom, you definitely won't

I recently had Charleston Bath Experts replace my tub/shower with a walk-in shower. It was an amazing customer service experience beginning with Derek who patiently and kindly helped me design my perfect shower. He knew his stuff! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Kelly who was wonderful and very responsive keeping me informed at every step of the process as she performed as the intermediary between me, the project mgr. and the installers. Justin, lead installer, and his new assistant Vinnie were a great team. Justin was one of the hardest workers I've ever seen as he, assisted by Vinnie

Do you really believe all 5 star reviews? Seems a bit biased and hard to believe. I’ve waited almost a year to write a review of Charleston Bath Experts because at the time of the install there were so many missteps I could not write a good review. I was also not expecting the extended time it took, which was a bit more than a month.
