Quick, kind and reliable. It’s very easy for a locksmith to take advantage and price gouge when you’re locked out if you’re house but not Kingstone. Their prices are fair and they explain everything there’re doing including with any potential damages to the door. I would definitely call them again for future services.

We waited almost 3 hours for a different locksmith to come & they never showed. We called Kingston and our locksmith came right away in 15 minutes! He gave a very quick, friendly & efficient service. He had all the supplies needed for a new lock. I would definitely recommend this service!!!

Shawn was very helpful and kind! He was the only person willing to come help me unlock my bike. He was responsive and communicative. He did show up a bit late (traffic), but communicated about it well and gave me a very generous discount. He got to work right away and he was quick and careful. He even gave me a new bike lock he had in his car for free. A very sweet guy! so grateful to have my bike back.

First, understand this man just left my house and i am so impressed i decided to write this review now...I called and Judah arrived within an hour dressed nicely wearing a mask. He was very polite and didn’t hesitate to start working. He quickly resolved my issue, even taking time to clean my lock mechanism and educating me in what I should do yearly to care for the lock. The price was excellent and I have a two year warranty. I HIGHLY recommend this locksmith for your needs.
