3 months later my roof has mold, no ventilation, and the dude that talked to my wife when we had problems yelled at her so loudly I could hear him. He didn't tell us when he was coming and just walked into the house unannounced, then got defensive, tried at and threatened, my mother in law. Very unprofessional and honestly had a super short temper.

Lots of lip service. I had to hound him to come out for a site walkthrough, then hound him for a quote which looked like a 2 minute slapped together standard form email. No parts breakdown, no actual details of what was to be performed. The best part was that he got the address wrong. Understand that contractors are busy now , poor marks for lack of organizational skills. Maybe this will get them to respond to an email.

Just had my roof replaced by BP Builders.. it was such a smooth experience. Brett stayed in constant communication - provided color samples and contract details both via email and hard copy. I felt comfortable asking questions and his replies were informative.
My roof looks fantastic. He uses top notch materials - sent pictures to my phone through… the entire process and made sure I was on board with the progress. The replacement was done in one day - when I got home from work the roof was done and the yard was clean - as if no one had been there.
