Sent a message Friday evening and spoke to Micah Saturday morning at 11:30 am so I could go see a specific car. He said I was in luck, the general manager Kyle said it was available and I could test drive it at 2:15 pm (that's the time they picked, I could would have been there sooner). I arrived at 1:50 pm only to see the car I wanted to check out about to leave the lot with someone else. Either hold it for me to look at since I called ahead, or call me and tell me not to drive over an hour to just watch it drive away. Not gonna lie, left a bad taste in my mouth for this business. Amber was absolutely amazing and did everything she could to make sure I was happy with the car I was getting! She made sure it had all the features I wanted all the way down to the color of the car! Only thing that i didn't get was a full tank of gas I think the service department forgot to fill up the gas so had to get gas right away 🤣 but other then that I highly recommend going to see amber for all your car needs!
