The Titan crew where phenomenal. They showed up promptly at agreed upon time, were caring and respectful of my items, extremely knowledgable about moving and how best to load a moving truck with lots of odd shapes items. I greatly appreciated they communicated next steps in the process and how respectful everyone on the crew was. I called and made an appointment then canceled hours after I made the appointment. The moving company would not refund my deposit. I can I understand if I waited a day to cancel but hours. I will never use this company just because they are not willing to work with you. Poor customer service.

I want everyone to know that Titan Moving did a fantastic job of helping us. We were in a bad situation with other help not showing up and they went above and beyond what any other company has done for us! We needed a blessing that day and Titan Moving was there for us! This was the second move I have made with the same three guys, they were all so likable and work so so hard. Moving day was a little less stressful! These guys were so easy to work with and took great care of my belongings and the move went quickly & very smoothly. I moved several weeks ago and Cameron and JP were awesome. Super polite, timely, and great to work with. There was a mix up when the office took down my delivery address (and the office initially took down the incorrect moving date as well but luckily we caught that prior to moving day), but Cameron and JP didn't charge me for the extra time when they were guided to the incorrect address. Overall, a great experience with the moving crew, but double check your reservation details when you book your appointment.

Great company, great customer service. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. Our initial quote scared me but I did a little research and moving is a little expensive these days, it’s been 20 yrs since we moved last. I was assured that Brian shoots a little high so you’re pleasantly surprised at the final bill, and that was true. There were no surprises, all details were explained, and it was 100% worth it. I made a reservation to move last Saturday 6/5/2021. I requested the 3 man team to show up at my apartment at 9am. No one showed up until 10:00 am even though they said they were the at 9:30am? No one knocked on my door til 10, and I was not aware that I would be charged time for when their truck left the office. Besides that only 2 guys showed up and 1 of them left after moving some stuff for a couple of hours. I guess he left because he was yelling and cussing at someone on the phone and seemed very upset, not sure if he was talking to a company employee or personal

I had an appointment for a quote at 4 pm. By 5 pm no one had shown up I called to see if they were still coming. I was told I was not on the list and that it must have been a computer glitch. She said she would have the estimator out at 4 the next day. I gave her my phone, address and name again. I did not receive a phone call or anything and no one showed. I will not give them another chance. I have to give one star to post, they deserve no stars.

We've moved three times in the last two years and this was the worst experience - we had better luck finding a random crew of guys off Craigslist to unload a U-Haul.
We were quoted for four guys for six hours. They showed up an hour late with only three (they did call me the morning of to say one guy called out sick). Not even 30 minutes in one of the guys left for two hours for an eye appointment and when he came back he didn't do any work; he just hung out by the truck making phone calls and eventually they sent him home. I hired them to move a safe from a ‘big box’ store on the west side of Wichita to my home. When the crew arrived at the retailer, they were extremely rude to the store staff and, per the store manager, had to be asked to leave once the crew retrieved the safe due to their egregious behavior.

My son had an appointment with Titan a week ago. They were a no show/no call. When he called to find out where the movers were, he was told that they had a scheduling conflict and wouldn't make it. He was in a bind and locally, after several calls, found Gina O'Ryan. Titan says in their mission statement that they are professional and they now… how stressful moving is, and that they want to help alleviate some of that stress. Well thanks for not showing up, and thanks for not having the decency to call, and thanks for not even apologizing Titan.

These guys are awesome! They made short work of our move and were super careful with our belongings. Cornelius and Chris took excellent care of us and Angela was very communicative! Best decision we made to get the job done! Highly recommend Titan! In the event we ever need anything moved again they'll be our first call!

Cheapest price out of the 5 company's we called. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Covered everything in one flat fee. Other company's said if it took longer then the 4 hours they would charge more and it would be more for the few extra things in the garage. Titan did it all for the flat quote they gave us. Showed up on time. With 3 guys and a gal. Each one greeted us with a huge smile and a good morning! We really enjoyed getting to talk to them all as they took care of everything. I've hired Titan Moving twice now. They've not only been professional, but also positive and encouraging. During the stress of moving, this has been invaluable. I'm BLOWN AWAY by their talent for spatial reasoning. Like a jigsaw puzzle, they managed to pack my parents' entire lives into a storage unit. My jaw is still on the floor. I asked movers if they hook up washers and dryers and they said yes and did it. A few days later, we use the washing machine and our basement flooded because they did not put the hose on correctly cause a huge loss. They left a gash in our dry wall that we were going to let go and just repair. When I called, Bryan said the workers should not be doing that. How do movers not know this?? I highly recommend not using these guys. It's been a mess and I hope no one has to go through this. It's already stressful enough moving.

Brian as the manager was superb. He was professional and friendly. His bid was dead on and there were no surprises. Whole process was very easy because of him.
The crew of four was the best we have ever had and surpassed national operations in quality. Darrell led an extremely hard working crew that were fast, but extremely respectful of our items. They protected all items carefully. Chris is a master at placing items in the truck too. He and Darrell fit us in a truck, I did not believe could happen. Previous mover used two trucks.

Think of all the things you wouldn't want a moving company to do, and these guys probably did it. First of all, called to confirm the time, then arrived an hour and a half early, and still charged even though we weren't ready to begin. Broken shelves, scratched table, torn leather couch. Left a big, black, smeared handprint on the wall. Dropped 2 separate boxes that of course were fragile, then acted like it didn't happen.
