Want to get an idea of what your new roof will cost? In most cases, your insurance will cover the cost of your roofing and we will work with your insurance adjuster on the replacement of your roof if it is damaged. However, if you are not covered under your insurance you will need to know a cost so you can plan the installation of your new roof.

Without a doubt, the best roofing company in Stanly county. I reached out to multiple roofing contractors (with either no response or a less than professional attitudes) in Stanly county and Laura's responsiveness and professionalism made this choice very easy. She had her crew out to inspect and replace my roof in less than 3 days (her team even removed the chimney and gutters without any price difference). Exceptional quality and an even better price. I will be using their services again on my next build.

America's Southern Roofing fixed my house, garage, and greenhouse roofs after we bought a house that had rather extreme neglect that did not get caught in our buyer's inspection.
They were professional, courteous, and when they encountered supply setbacks, made it right and worked to find alternative solutions.
In particular they replaced my cement greenhouse roof with acrylic and that was a very rough and spidery job.
They repaired extensive damage done to my garage roof from tree damage and water rot. And vented both the garage attic and the house attic.
The job they did was thorough, faster

Laura and her team were very responsive. I asked for a quote and she delivered the same day. Her costs were very reasonable. I was scheduled and completed with a new roof within a week. Its hard to find this level of exceptional customer service in our area. The finished product was amazing and I couldn't tell they had been there. I highly recommend her if you need a roof replaced.
