Frank’s team installed siding and gutters on my almost 100 year old house. The price was reasonable, and the work was impeccable. The crew worked their tails off - even my neighbors were impressed with how quickly the job got done. My house looks fantastic with the new siding and trim . Can’t recommend DeFrancesco Construction enough!

DeFrancesco construction did an excellent job removing and replacing my siding. I had a pretty big job with removing 3 layers of existing siding, wrapping the entire house with Henry Blueskin wrap (the good stuff) installing certainteed monogram vinyl siding, and wrapping all the windows, fascias, gables, door trim etc. Frank was very responsive through the whole process and was able to schedule his crew to come out earlier then anticipated between jobs which was great. He gave me a very competitive price and the quality of the work is top notch. I’m constantly getting compliments on how great

In the world we live in today, it is hard to find a good, honest, and trustworthy contractor. Frank is one of the good ones, he helped my local business in a pinch with some damaged vinyl siding was extremely punctual. Within 5 days of examining the damage it was completely repaired. I had no previous connection to him yet he treated me as family and a friend of years. He was honest and fair with pricing, and one of the kindest people I have ever met and would gladly recommend him to anyone. I will be calling him for all future work and repairs.

We used DeFrancesco constructions to get the siding and replace some of the windows of our home.
Frank was very responsive and honest.
His team very hard working and they’ve done a great job.
Having an old house we weren’t sure what we were going to find underneath and we found a lot but the team did a great job replacing and fixing the rotten wood without having to ask for additional compensation.
We are very pleased with the results and won’t hesitate to have them come back for future projects.

We can’t say enough good things about this company. Frank and his crew have done multiple jobs for us over the last two years – all new windows, new roof, new siding, new gutters, you name it. Their attention to detail and quality of work are exceptional. They always finish on time and on budget, and Frank always made sure he communicated with us either in person or by phone every day during a project.
