Technician was sent out to repair a letter box. Repairs were complete and payments were made - then we found from site that the issue still persists and was not fixed. They now refuse to return to to correct issue and stated that even if it is their work that is faulty they will still require another payment because "they don't do recalls with 3rd parties" & stated that they "don't know if people have been banging on the mailbox?"

I read prior reviews with people saying they had problems with this company. I didn’t want to believe it. I contacted them requesting them to replace my hydrants. The guy came and looked at the hydrant and said it should be an easy fix. He apparently tightened the “packing” on it.
The same day wife and I left to go out of town for the weekend. On the following monday, I checked the hydrants and requested a refund. They said it wasnt leaking at the time they left.
They do not warrant their work.
I was scheduled with them to be at the house at 1-3p. He showed up about 0830. He was very rude

I had been having problems with my kitchen sink not draining well. I cleaned all the pipes under the sink and problem was still not fixed. So I decided to call “professionals”. The secretary that answered the phone gave me three different hourly rates, we would be charged the highest for being after hours. I gave my address and specifically asked, besides the time what other charges would there be. She said the hourly quote she had given me included the truck fee. Well the plumber arrived, he was a little odd. At one point I asked if everything was going ok, he kept walking and just gave me

Company came to house twice with no resolution, paid over 300$ and was told they warranted their labor. So I called the third time, different guy came with a camera and found what the problem was. The second visit is where this should of been done. Was quoted a price between 600-700 to jet entire sewer. Get the bill, company did not warranty any of the first two times. Both times were within a week and a half. And the bill was almost 300$ higher than the quote and on top of it they charged me to verify they did their job right by running camera down the pipe again. He did a good job on the pipe

They had to come twice the same week to fix something that was not fixed the 1st time they said their work was guaranteed but how can it be when you get charged Again for coming back ...and I do believe the guy that came takes his sweet time to be able to charge over the hour...
