Heartland Window and Carpet Cleaning has been serving McCall, Lakefork, Donelly, Cascade, New Meadows, Council and Riggins since 1991. We are a family-owned, professional truck-mounted steam cleaning company. Our goal is to provide our customers with better cleaning results through the use of superior equipment.
Our truck-mounted system is a PROCHEM Performer 405, an incredibly powerful, top-of-the-line steam cleaning machine. We are familiar with other cleaning methods on the market and their strengths and weaknesses. The system we use will achieve maximum soil removal and maximum spot removal without over wetting your floor or fabric and without leaving a soil-attracting residue behind.

Heartland Window and Carpet Cleaning is owned and operated by Randy Thurman. Originally established in this area in 1991, we are reaching our 30th Anniversary serving these areas: McCall, Donnelly, Lakefork, Cascade, New Meadows, Council and Riggins. As the owner and operator, I believe in one-on-one service with a special focus on the importance of customer satisfaction.

Critical: Quality
We had our "High Traffic" areas cleaned, we did all the moving of furniture removed all area rugs and vacuumed before he showed up. There were a few "Dirt Spots" that I pointed out that needed extra attention. It him took him ONE hour from start to finish! Charged $240, and spots are still on carpet!

I’ve used them for both window cleaning and carpet cleaning in the past. Their attention to detail is superb...from everything like cleaning all sides of my double pane windows to putting furniture protectors under the legs of my furniture so they weren’t sitting on or near the damp carpet. They take pride in doing a great job for a fair price. They will be my go-to choice for all future needs.
