Was in desperate need of a vehicle and was really wanting a truck. I inquired about a nice 2014 Ram that I saw on the website with kind of higher mileage. Luckily the sales team was able to get me approved for the truck that I wanted without a hiccup. I will definitely be bringing my truck here for all of its services!

I had taken my vehicles to Brown for several years and decided to give Umansky a try. Shannon and his service team, I worked with Tim, truly came through for me. My Jeep Renegade had been taken to multiple shops for diagnosis as it shook considerably and was clearly off. After a couple failures, I went to Tim and dropped off my Jeep. He called back shortly after alerting me of the issue (gaskets and spark plugs), and provided a replacement vehicle to drive while mine was worked on. The problem is now fixed and I couldn't be happier. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for future maintenance

Every experience i’ve had here has been great! Any questions or issues i’ve had have been quickly fixed with no hassle at all. Nobody was ever pushy or made me feel pressured one way or another. The manager Shannon is so helpful, and Nikki provided great customer service and knowledge on exactly what i was looking for. we will definitely continue service here for the years to come :)

This is the WORST service center! Had a problem with my van overheating due to the fan, so I took it to Brown, who originally did work on it, which I think contributed to this problem. They didn’t have the part so they sent it to Umansky. Umansky told us nothing was wrong with it. Went to pick it up, drove a couple miles to get gas, the car starts overheating. Popped the hood, the fan wasn’t moving. Returned the car, they told me that they would have to order the part, said it would come in four days. It’s been 8 DAYS! I call today for an update and they tell me the part is stuck somewhere
