Belles works through all of the issues related to building and health codes, with the business and building owners, to develop construction plans for a building permit to change the use, build out, or remodel any commercial tenant space.

The architecture design team works long hours solving architectural challenges for clients. Problem solving for clients is the most enjoyable work they do. Rob Belles is a Board Certified Architect, currently licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin. Rob brings more than 30 years of professional experience to your project. As managing agent, Rob legally signs, seals and is responsible for the content of all building plans produced within the firm. Rob Belles landed in Rockford after completing his education at the University of Illinois, to take a job in a big firm, Larson & Darby.
Lynn Belles has been a part of the Belles Architecture Design Team for 25 years. Yes, She is Rob's wife, who has a background in graphic design and printing (a one dimensional or FLAT version of Architectural design). Her CAD drawings are no less than a work of ART! She loves home remodeling projects and working with her hands.
