I personally contacted someone at the business, who represented himself as Sam. He responded and eventually cam to the property to give me an estimate for trimming trees. Which he did--a verbal contact. He subsequently responded around delays, that Spring growth needs to happen before trimming. Numerous calls after that got no response. Lack of forthright communication puts this firm, in my opinion, in the categories of 'non-forthright" and since they apparently have other jobs, 'opportunistic and misleading'

What is it with people today? Guess they do not want to work. 2nd company getting this experience. They made appt after appt and never showed up. Never called to advise what was going on. Would not recommend this company. If they can't show up for an estimate, they won't show up to do the job. Very unprofessional!

They came out today at exactly the appointed time.Maple tree was split and half was leaning over my canhouse. They avoided the building and all my azaeleas. Tree was over 70 feet tall and one half was hollow.Very professional and efficient. Raked all the small stuff and leaves. Then used a a leaf blower on the gravel driveway. Left all the logs and firewood as directed. Will definately use them again if neede. Thanks
