I can't say enough about how happy I am with Overhead Door of Wilmington. I called them because I knew they are local, family-owned business, but I am happy to say I was thrilled with the service. Quick call-back. They might have been able to get out the same day but they showed but the next business day as scheduled and replaced the broken spring and got everything running smoothly again. Icing on the cake . . the bill was less than I expected. A great value. #shoplocal

Overhead Door Tech, D (as he calls himself), was extraordinary! He is polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. He literally was able to do everything we asked of him - quickly quickly, expeditiously and we’ll executed the first time. Great company, great people, especially “D,” and responsive, prompt and professional. Five stars!

Service call set up to replace electric circuit board for door. Given appt for 3 days later. On repair day, got text that service person on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes. Knocked on my door when finished. Super nice guy, had cleared up all trash & programmed both remotes. Great job. Door is quieter now than it has been in years!

Really can not say enough about the folks at Overhead Door. Through the years, and in different houses, whenever I contact them, everyone is spot on. From the cheerful voice answering my call for help, to the great guys who work on my garage door or motor... always on time, always excellent service, and always a very fair price. Good folks doing great work in a timely manner... hard to top that!
