Mountain Construction offers Site Planning and Building Consultation Services derived from our twenty-fiveyears of experience building over one hundred and fifty fine custom homes, fifty major remodeling projects, Subcontract Timber Frame and Log Commercial work and worked a number of clients with lot sized property to seventy and more acres making their visions work, including necessary road building, bridge building and power install on their properties.
I want to thank you for guiding us through our property assessment and ultimate selection. There were some significant issues that we appreciated your input on along the way. Now we are moved in and can feel the design process and guidance you helped us with, from tearing down a barn and using the barn wood to construct our cabinets and some furniture, to the site plan and other visioning you captured so well.
Mark Kirkpatrick has worked along with our clients to design many of the homes and remodeling projects built by Mountain Construction. We have built homes in all sizes and styles. We focus on quality and creativity in all of the work we do, regardless of size. We offer many options for discriminating clients.
Traditional Timber Framing uses heavy squared-off, tightly fitted timbers with the joints secured by large wooden pegs. It is a traditional building style used for thousands of years. Without modern tools builders could assemble a building capable of bearing heavy weight without excessive use of interior space given over to vertical support posts.
