The guy came to fix the garage door latch. However opened my motor, tried to configure and failed. After he left, the next day motor wasn't working properly. When I called instead of taking responsibility he started giving weird explanation and didn't take care of the issue. Extremely unprofessional. One star isn't worth it.

Had a simple issue with a spring coil wearing out but when they do the door is inoperable. Moral of the story, all my neighbors recommended Arising and I called after hours, left a message, and the doors were fixed in the next 12 hours! Impressed mainly because they do the right job and a great job and that's not as common nowadays. Thank you guys! Highly recommend you myself now!

My non-insulated sectional fell off the tract, just need some help to put it back on tract, re-spool the cable back on the wheel. Called and described the problem, got a quote of $65 dollars "because they just need to put it back on tract, and they're local" No parts involved for this job. So made the appointment for the next morning.
When the guy showed up it's straight $225, almost 350% jump from the quote. I go: "thank you sir for coming, have good day."
He then dropped $50, claiming he spoke to the company and was able to get that discount for me. I was rushing

I called Arising Garage Doors when I needed help and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Unfortunately I was unable to keep the appointment and had to reschedule; Rick was very nice, understanding and worked around my crazy schedule. He and his assistant were extremely professional, neat, and really knew what they were doing. After several bad experiences with garage door repair companies, I feel I have found the best in the area.

Let me start off by saying this. I do not write many reviews or really get involved in many online reviews because I do not have the time. However, I am going to do a review this time because if I would have read the prior reviews on this vendor, I would have looked elsewhere. The only reason I even called was because it was close to my home and like most of you, want to make sure that I compare prices with more than one vendor to ensure I am not getting ripped off. I want to give a shout out to Eric Brewer and the good people at Arising Doors. My garage door, which was installed by Arising, some 15 years ago, is still working great !!!
My only issue was the seal at the door bottom was completely worn out.
With our recent rains made it a flood inside my garage. Eric came out and quickly replaced the seal and now I'm rain and weather ready. The service and customer care is first rate. I recommend their products and services to anyone.

Called for a broken spring on garage door. Real person answered the phone, made appt. they gave me a 1/2 hr courtesy call that he was on his way , showed up on time. Knew exactly how to fix; inspected whole door operation, charged a fair price and did it quickly. Will use them again for any garage door needs.

What a horrible company; called them to make an appointment and the first thing when making a call is they quote you the $65/- service fee; when the young man came to my residence he had no clue what he was doing; heard him make a call asking what he was supposed to do!! He then told me the motor was broken and it needed a piece to be replaced; he then quoted me $250 but he was not guaranteeing me that would work and he went on to quote me $500 dollars for a replacement motor. Arising Garage Doors went above and beyond what I expected! I called them late last night due to my garage door not working and they came very quickly to help me. Turns out I had broken springs but I was very appreciate of them because if not I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my Saturday night. Gary must be the owner. This place is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. From first contact to final phone call...RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have contact the BBB referencing their license number in regards to the "service charge" when no service was provided. One last comment to help you think twice.... upon calling their "customer service" they informed me that they did say there is a service fee for a quote to fix the garage door...when I said I was never told about a fee for a quote the stated that they recorded the conversation

Not sure what happened to this company, used them before and was quite pleased.
Anyway...Called yesterday because a spring broke. Couldn't make it out the same day, scheduled an appt between 3-5 today. Here it is, 5 after 5 and haven't even received a phone call.
Already called another company which will be here within the hour.

I must say Rick was very professional from Arising Inc. Garage Door Repairs. I had a great referral from Mrs. Brewski to call Rick from Arising http://www.arisinginc.com. He was very prompt and came to see if he can save my garage door or order me a new one.. Well go figure my professional unit Liftmaster was over 17 years old and still work great!
Rick informed me of my options to replace the main board or buy a new one as my Liftmaster was working properly. I attached some additional lights to overheat the board on my liftmaster so that's my bad...
