Although the work is good but we found out that we should not have paid for the entire job until the work was completed. they told us that in order to finish up with the sod and filling in the pavers when… temperatures were above 50deg. Once the temperature was above 50 they finished with the pavers and said that they would have to wait for two weeks before the sod is cut! Well two weeks later I called and they say that sod would cost more! WHAT? I told him that it was included in the bid! He said that he did not see it on the work order for the sod but did see the pulverized dirt. So I
