This company put in the furnace and cool systems into my new constructed house. A part that is under warranty went out in the furnace and they did not have the piece in stock and would not replace this part. This company was non-responsive to my messages and did not communicate a plan of action to get the matter resolved. My developer had to go with another company to get the furnace repaired. Use this company at your own risk!

I first contacted Dan several years ago after another HVAC tech didn't show and didn't return calls. Dan has always did his best to show on time. He recently replaced my furnace and A/C due to a Freon leak which wasn't worth fixing because of the system's age. He and his brother did the install and were very deliberate and not in a rush. They were more concerned with doing a good job, but despite that completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. Everything looks great and works great. I doubt the big-names would give this level of service.

Garage heater stopped working at one of my rental properties. I found Dan's info by doing a google search. I called him, and he was able to come out the next day. He was thorough and honest, and found only a broken wire causing the shutdown. Since I was not there, it would have been easy for anyone else to sell me a much more expensive, unneeded repair. Thanks Yours By Design!

Called Yours By Design Heating and Cooling when my regular HVAC guy couldn't make it over. Daniel was great! Made time in his schedule to come out the same day. Daniel went beyond the call of duty. We just bought a home built in 1941 with an outdated fireplace. He meticulously took it apart, cleaned it and discovered there was a leak in one of the old pipes. From there, he looked online for a new part and was able to make the old pipe work (saving us the cost of a new log).
Very responsive to text/calls, did a great job we love our fireplace! Would highly recommend and use again in the future. Thanks Daniel!!

I am a hospital clinician and my husband is in his medical residency. We had to leave work early in order to be home by 4pm for our scheduled appointment (made over a week ago). It is now 440 and they have no showed and no called. Additionally we called them and there was no answer. We are already out an afternoon of work with a crazy hard schedule to manage and our furnace still not addressed.
What a bummer.
