This is a simple, sleek, modern design from Studio B Architects. Located in Starwood on the side of mountain overlooking Aspen, this residence offers a stunning view from Mount Sopris all the way to Independence Pass. Capturing views of the valley floor and surrounding 14,000-foot mountaintops was paramount for the design team and mandated a 75-foot long operable glass curtain wall throughout the main level.
Our client spends a great deal of time in Asia and very purposefully accented several areas throughout the project with finish materials and design attributes with Asian influence. The V-plan sets this house up for separate private and common areas. High vaulted ceilings throughout the residence transfer the gable roof from outside to within the structure and draw in amazing natural light.

Located in the heart of downtown Aspen, Victoria Square was the home of Garfield & Hecht PC for 40 years before we totally redeveloped the building into a mixed-use, four-story structure. Removing the existing building and starting with a clean slate was needed for this 13,256 SF white box transformation.
