I ordered a bedroom set online and the entire process went GREAT! Placing the order was easy, it came in a timely manner, actually faster then I expected, Fed ex called me the week before it was to be delivered to set up a day & time I would be available, each piece was boxed in a way that made it simple to put together and it looks Awesome! I would definitely recommend Kids Furniture Warehouse!

My furniture hasn’t even shipped and I’d never recommend this clown operation. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They were quick to charge my credit card, but business day #5 I was told that my furniture was on the pallet ready to ship, business day #8 I was told that there was a delay with the manufacturer, business day #9 I… spoke to the “manager” Jimmy who said it will ship on business day #10 and that they are filling thousands of orders that’s why it hasn’t shipped, and today, business day #12 Jimmy isn’t available

I am starting to think this place is a scam. I ordered something that the said they have turns out they don't and don't know when it is coming in. asked for a refund then and still have not received it a week later. mind you I am looking for a good fast bed for a child with back issues and her bed broke.

Awful....should have listened to the other reviews. After placing my order they called bc they wanted to charge more shipping ($360 more when the price I was charged and advertised on their website was $90). I asked to speak with a manager and when I finally connected with him he was rude and unprofessional and I canceled my order and got the exact bed for $40 cheaper on Amazon. Buyer beware.

Horrible!! Purchased two trundle beds for my children. We put one together which was a twin and had not yet put the second one together which was a full size. When my daughters twin trundle broke in 2 different places while she was on it within 24 hrs. Luckily, she was not hurt not that anyone at this company cared to ask! I called right away to… first be told they wanted pictures and then they would replace the broken part. No way! I had to call several times and speak to different people to return both beds and get my money back. They also made me pay to ship the second bed back. I was

Wow! Do not buy from this place! Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 captains beds from them for my kids and they all came on one pallet all wrapped up. No visual damage on the outside of the shipping packaging but when I opened them up the boxes on the bottom with 6drawer frames had had too much weight on them and were all cracked and damaged.… I called and talked with Maria who said they would have them replaced. She even confirmed she has replacements lined up and would be shipping them out. I have not heard back from anyone in 3 weeks and they will not return my emails....I've been
