This locksmith is the best!!! Prompt service--communicative and went above and beyond. My car had died and my keyfob couldn't unlock it. They came to my hotel and quickly unlocked my car. THEN he jumped my car and made sure that our car should be good to go for the rest of our trip. Really appreciated meeting such a kind, thoughtful and helpful person along our trip. It saved our day. This Was Absolutely amazing! The service was extremely helpful and efficient! I have never experienced such amazing service. Extremely affordable, quick…I could not believe my eyes. The people were so kind! You will not find a service any better or at any better price in this town! Unbeatable … I really am speechless! This company is awesome! I was at the gas station stranded and they showed up in a very timely manner and opened my car in a matter of no time. Would highly recommend to anyone with locksmith needs.

My son lost his car key and after searching the house for hours, I decided to call a locksmith to get an estimate in case we could not find the key after more searching. She asked my address and a couple of questions about the car, then gave me an estimate of $165.
Note the foreshadowing- I gave her my address, which is in Theodore. Then she gave me the estimate. Ok, back to the story.

We lost our storage key so we had to get a locksmith. The lady I talked to was nice and informative. The technician she sent us was there on time. He was friendly and knowledgable.
The only downside I had was he wasn't wearing a mask. I know that some people don't really care about COVID now but I think business owners should still impose safety precautions.

If you ever get locked out of your car in Mobile, Imperial Locksmith is as good as it gets. They said they would be there in 45 minutes, and in 45 minutes, they were there. They said the guy who was coming would call me, and he did. 4 hours earlier, I had called another locksmith who was going to be there in 10 to 20 minutes, and that the guy would call me and they never called and never came. Chris, from Imperial, told me I should not give them the scathing review that I was going to give them. So out of respect for Chris, I won't mention their name. Imperial is the best!!!

(PAL) and its negative comments, I was happy I found Imperial. Just purchased a home in AL. I just so happened to see the Imperial van leaving my neighborhood and instantly called the number on the van. I was scheduled for the next day with no problem. Dwayne the locksmith called and was able to actually meet me earlier than than the scheduled time, which I appreciated. It took him around 45 mins to rekey 6 locks. He was consistent, accurate, making sure ALL keys worked properly before leaving property. Dwayne

Recently had a problem with my apartment. Someone had spare keys! They where taking stuff when we were not home! Oh no right? So, Called up Imperial Locksmith and Rob came out the same day. The experience was great. He was fast at responding and the price was great! No more entry to our apartment since the locks have been changed and Could not have been anymore elated with the work that was provided too me.

Joseph from Imperial Locksmith answered my call. He was on time, nice and did a great job. He presented options for reducing the number of keys needed and reprogrammed all the key pads. He was at my house for a little over an hour, and I was very pleased with the low price. I felt for the level of service I received it could have been more......happy it was not.
I hope to not need a locksmith in the near future, but if I do, I will be calling Imperial and will request Joseph.
