Doug's Plumbing Co. is owned and operated by Doug BerryAnn who has been in the plumbing industry since 1998 and has held a State of Texas Master Plumber license since 2003. They are so thorough and pro-active. Our Technician Tim goes over everything with great detail, answers all our questions and not only tells us what is needed now, but lays out things to look for 1-3 years out. I like that he helps prioritize what is the more urgent needs. He is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the services.

Dougs Plumbing is prompt with coming out once you get the text message, and I really like the fact that you can see a picture of who is coming out! Brendon is great at answering all questions and does fantastic work! I highly recommend Dougs Plumbing for any service needs!

I had them do a couple of repairs. Afterwards, someone at the office called to check to see if I was satisfied. I said that one of the issues didn't appear to be fixed. They sent someone to follow up and that person spent a few minutes checking it out before determining there was no problem. Then they charged me an additional $60 for that. Their office is literally 5 blocks from my house and I spent a good chunk of change for the work already. Oh, and the problem they double checked persists

Doug's Plumbing ----- 5 Star Service ------. Damon and Beto of Doug's Plumbing just re-plumbed the house. They did a super job. Marty worked up the Bid in quick order stopping by several times over the course of the 2 day project. The Office Team exceeded expectations in scheduling and keeping me up to speed on arrival of the team. I'm one of those that likes to 'inspect what I expect' and I must say that their work gives the appearance and functionality of new construction in a 100 year old home.

Doug's Plumbing was recommended to us to do the plumbing for our shower remodel. As long as they were coming out to my house, we decided to have several other plumbing issues addressed. Doug came out to the house. He was very professional and patient as we showed him all we wanted done. He was able to save us money on a faucet rebuild instead of replacement. Doug sent us a written quote very quickly. We changed our minds a couple times and Doug was patient and revised our quote each time. When it was time for the work to be done, Tim and Zach showed up. We love Doug's Plumbing! We've owned our home for almost 4 years and had to (unfortunately) call Doug's a few times.
We had a water main break in our front yard before we were heading out of town for my brother's wedding. It was taken care of and we were able to enjoy the wedding weekend.
Our septic tank backed up after we had a large get together at our house. The culprit was likely flushable (which really aren't flushable) wipes, but they were out to our house the day we called and fixed the issue promptly.

We called Doug's Plumbing for a broken water line. They came out the same day and repaired it. Great staff! Friendly, courteous, conscientious and very knowledgeable. I only had a small problem and he was able o help me over the phone by instructing me how I can fix it myself. Other companies wanted to come by for quite some money but Doug is the greatest. He does a good job, is funny at times, and he gives people a chance to fix it themselves before coming over and charging money. I would recommend that you call him first before you get some of these other companies.
