I contacted ARJ after seeing their great reviews. I was contacted immediately and a time was set up to come out and give me an estimate. I waited during the 2 hour window and no one showed. I was then contacted several hours later by phone and he asked if he could come out on Sunday at noon. No one arrived until 4. It has been a week today and i have still not received an estimate.

Tom and his crew completed our master bath demo and remodel in 7 days, and they did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up at the end of every day and were very polite. Tom was always prompt in returning texts, emails and calls. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again for future jobs!

Another company had done a poor job on a shower installation so we called ARJ. Their work was fantastic. The new bathroom looks great. They even suggested a couple of changes we hadn't considered and it makes the whole room look better. Highly recommended.

We had our master bathroom completely renovated and guest bathroom updated. Tom was helpful during the design process and telling us where can lights should be placed to enhance lighting in each room. The process works like this: you go to cabinet, tile and countertop places to pick what you like, you buy all your bathroom fixtures (faucets, valves, towel racks, lighting) and they order your cabinet/tile/countertop

My original project was the guest bathroom. Having used ARJ remodeling a couple of years ago (See review from a couple of years ago Master Bathroom - amazing job!), I reached out to them again - added bonus, I know and trust the quality of the work. Quote was reasonable, I would supply the materials. Total gutting of the bathroom - Tom suggested a walk-in shower. Stayed on budget, work completed in a couple of days. The bathroom looks great!
During the bathroom remodel, I inquired about the kitchen. Tom gave me two quotes. Went with the 2nd quote, which would remove a wall and add an island.

We asked ARJ Remodeling to repair our tile shower that had been leaking for some time. Tom gave us several options, and we decided to replace the whole shower, and we are so glad we did. Tom’s brother is a master craftsman—he took his time to make sure everything was right, from the demolition of the old tile to installation of the new backer board, shower pan and liner, and new tile. The glass contractor did a great job too. I highly recommend ARJ Remodeling and would use them again.

From reading reviews, I believe ARJ Remodeling likely does great work. However, I'll never get a chance to experience their work because of the way they handled canceling their appointment with me to give an estimate on an entire basement renovation.
On Friday at 6:30 PM, I was able to line up an appointment for their estimator to arrive at our home the next day (Saturday) at 4 PM. I rearranged my day on Saturday to make sure I would be there when the estimator arrived.
At 3:21, the estimator called my cell phone and left a message. He called again at 3:25. At 3:30, I received a text asking

Tom from the company sent me a personal message on November 28,2018 at 1:21am saying "if you paid attention to our service area you would see we don't serve your area.Please remove your review as it is not within coverage area" Save it, if that was the case. The team at ARJ Remodeling did a great job on our remodel. We had a sunken living room floor raised to the level of the rest of the house, and had a laundry room created from space in the garage (see pictures below-note that the windows and a door in the living room had to be raised as well). We were pleased that the crew was punctual, hard-working, and kept the work site clean. Our project was done on time, in budget, and looks great; any issues were handled promptly. The office checked in on the project frequently and the project ran smoothly. We recommend Tom and his team; we wouldn't hesitate

Only took 4 days to renovate our guest bath. They showed up in the AM and worked all day. We are happy at the results and would recommend to others. I really liked that I was able to select all my own materials, so I was able to spend as little or as much as I wanted. The price for the labor was very reasonable.

We started a project that could not be finished. ARJ responded quickly to our request and set up a time to come over and assess. They agreed to finish the tile project for a very reasonable price. From first phone call to completion of the project was 20 days. These guys are true craftsmen. Finishing touches were spectacular! Will surely do more work with them in the future.

We had the Master bath completely remodeled, and did flooring, vanity and toilet in second full bath as well as vanity in downstairs half bath. We put in new granite countertop in the kitchen with new large sink and backsplash. All was done professionally and at a fair price. All in all the work was done well and any issues we had were handled promptly and professionally. Would recommend them for your remodeling or repairing needs.

I was first hesitant which contractor to trust to get our kid's bathroom renovated. I contacted 3 contractors who offered me different prices but definetly higher than my budget. I was kinda desperate until I luckily came across ARJ's ad on facebook i contacted them. They listened carefully to me and were able to understand what i want and we ended up closing a deal within my budget. Tom was highly creative and professional. My bathroom turned out amazing the way I imagined it simply elegant and clean work at an affordable price. I didn't even feel any chemical smell left behind
