My roof started leaking a long time ago, but I didn’t realize it until this year when a hole showed up in my ceiling. Dave came over, personally explained the warranted roofing products he… was offering, as well as the advantages his company offers (relating to the materials and manufacturer warranty), and proposed a reasonable contract. In ONE DAY, his team EXPERTLY took off 2 layers of shingles, replaced eight sheets of plywood I didn’t even know were rotting, added ridge vents, re-flashed and re-leaded the chimney, and cleaned up the job site. I'd recommend Dave for skylight installation and roof related installation/repair. Very responsive. Explained well the product and did not push for oversale. Good quality installation. At least I have not experienced any issue so far. Also did not push for a ridiculous price for service. It was a good experience.

I am tired of guys who just want to sell. No hard sell here. Dave doesn't start high and then start dropping the prices and tell you that you have to sign now. Dave just figures out his good honest price.
