I called for service and it was going to be a few days. I get it as I am in the service business and you only have so many guys and so much time in a day. However, they had some cancellations and got me in that day. Jeremy came out and handled a situation that had a few challenges, he took the time to do it right and the time to check his work. Then took the extra time to stay later and change my sump pump too. The price was very reasonable and the service was professional. I will continue to use and refer Countryside Plumbing. Please be careful when applying for a position here. They want you to be a 1099 employee which is completely different them being a W-2 payroll employee ( tax responsibility is higher, no job security, liability insurance ). Please do your research before you do 1099. A helper or laborer position should not be a 1099. 1099 workers are also expected to pay twice as much for social security and medicare taxes.

Couldn’t manage the job the first trip out, had to get another company to give me the diagnosis then have these guys back out to fix, in which they couldn’t manage to come out for another week. Had them quote the job ahead of time and it ended up costing me three times more than quoted. Then when asked about the total they laughed at me for thinking that they would ever quote that low and I was LUCKY it didn't cost more. LUCKY!?!!
