They were nice... When you could get in touch with them. They came and went as they wanted without letting us know the progress along the way, unless we hounded them. It was very frustrating as we were paying thousands of dollars and felt left in the dark most of the time. I hated having to become pushy and nasty just to get a response. Their estimate seemed fair and reasonable and their work seems decent but the service was not what we expected or deserved.
