Our yard has never looked so beautiful!! We use to buy our products from Lowe's and apply them ourselves and then our neighbor said Why? We are getting up in age and we still want a beautiful yard at a reasonable price and that is exactly what we get with Grass Master. I was a loyal Grass Master customer since 2009 and had one of the best looking lawns in my neighborhood. In March of 2021 I sold my home and passed the information on to the new owners. When spring rolled around, Grass Master applied the first application and billed me. I said I thought it was a mistake and to bill to the new owners. They refused and since have been harassing me for payment. I refuse to pay and have disputed the bill multiple times. Now they claim they are in the same category as utilities and can damage my credit report if I don't pay. I reported them to the PUCO and the

This company deserves zero stars for billing me for services they claim they applied to my yard on a snowy day in November when they were watched from my window hopping out of their truck placing a flag in my snowy yard and leaving. Try calling their office to speak to very unprofessional Crystal who will talk rudely to you and pretty much tell you she is reporting you to credit bureau if you don't pay the bill for services you did NOT receive.. she does not care about her job or her customers. Learn from my mistake and move on to a company who is honest and cares about their customers. I

I'm very meticulous about my lawn and landscaping. I put a lot of effort in to it myself and want to work with companies that will make a similar effort. I switched to Grassmaster last year and have been very impressed with their service in every respect. Their team is knowledgeable, very responsive and courteous- and the lawn looks great!

I have had grass master for 1.5 years. I had the 4 step grass program and the bug ban for around the house. I had no issues last year and they gave me okay service. This year has been the total opposite. They changed the fertilizer they used. My grass has weeds, dandelions and crab grass this year bad. When I call them to see if they can come out and reapply a step or to see what we can do, they give me horrible customer service. I was told my grass is bad due to not getting the 5 step program. Why would I buy more of a product that doesn't work? I was paying $77 for them to do the lawn and

I've had a couple companies in the past 10 years treat my yard, Grass Master by far has been the best. Staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Services are very flexible, and easy to understand. Reading your paperwork is something I highly recommend, like all paperwork you receive. I see many people complain that they were automatically renewed, but were unaware. The paperwork CLEARLY states that unless Grass Master hears from you to cancel, they are going to continue the service. I've been a customer for 3 years until TODAY! I've over looked them not showing up to treat my yard on the scheduled date and their mediocre customer service for three years. Today was the last straw! According to the owner I parked in one of business parking spots for less than 5 minutes and I disrupted his business by doing so!? We had Grass Master out to do a fall cleanup in our yard this year. They were very flexible and accommodating as I initially just wanted curb-side leaf vacuuming service but later switched to full clean-up once I realized that I was running out of time before an anticipated snowfall. Their team neatly stacked up extra branches & limbs that had fallen around my property. I plan on having Grass Master come back this spring to help renew our lawn and get rid of unwanted weeds.

This company is the worst. For over 6 months they sent me a bill for services that I never requested. I had previously used their services and was NOT on a contract. They would send a bill in fall for discount and renewal for next season. In fall of 2014, I never sent in a payment and did not request the service for 2015 season.
