Defiantly would recommend this company! LT was very personal and friendly. Safe-Dry did a great job. They show up early and did the appraisals. everything was quick and to the point. they are honest. I Just had my carpets cleaned by a young man named Alex that is an employee for Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning. He did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpets in this old house, that I had lost hope for! He got my carpets clean and the pet odor out of the carpet! Dry cleaning carpet= fast drying time just in time for spring cleaning!

UPDATE: The Manager and Lead Tech got with me just minutes after they opened this morning and worked with me to correct the below issues. He completely owned the issues and handled them very professionally. As of 15 minutes ago the carpets in my home have been re-cleaned and they look/smell great! Also the damaged door is being replaced today. That's service recovery if I have ever see it. Great Job!

...a great experience overall. I was able to get next day scheduling, found communication with the office and with Brandon, the cleaning technician, to be efficient and direct. I did have one issue with a little sticker shock over pricing but Brandon - empowered to discuss pricing and the job itself - was able to talk me through a no pressure sale with lots of options, expertise and customer focus. Appreciated.
