Ty and his company completed a remodel for us and we were thrilled with his promptness representing himself, his workers manners, showing up when supposed to, and meeting deadlines as intended, suggested, and stated. His work is a "work of art!" He has a keen artistic eye, in conjunction with a meticulous eye for detail, as does everyone whom represents his company! Ty is convicted in his values to doing things the right way, regardless of impact for length of the process, cost, and potentially impacting clients with bad news! My wife and I rented a house from Ty Nelson Construction. He had just finished completely rehabing the house when we moved in. The finished product was beautiful, and we ended up staying there for 6+ years. He was a great landlord and promptly addressed the few problems that cropped up. When we finally moved he looked the place over and refunded our deposit with no questions asked. If another rental was in our future we wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

We used Ty Nelson Design & Remodel when we bought a house that needed a lot of updates. He is always professional and very efficient. He understood exactly what we wanted in one explanation and he got the jobs done. Perfectly! They were quick and clean and presentable, and best of all...we love the improvements he did to our home! It now feels more like our home. He had the insight to give us recommendations that we used but yet kept the integrity of our mid-century house! We hope to remodel more in the future and wouldn't hesitate to use Ty again!
