Since I first hired Fame Kitchen & Bath over 20 years ago, they have provided top quality workmanship, competitive prices, and prompt, courteous service. If any small thing wasn’t done quite right, they made it right — even if the final payment was already made. I’ve found them to be honest, highly competent, and they keep their word. If they tell you they will do something, they will do it, and you do not have to keep reminding them. I have also been impressed with how well they listen to me and follow my instructions. Fame remodeled our kitchen about 2 years ago. We feel the work was so unprofessional. Our issues that remain uncorrected are:
* floor tiles not level and set with no spacers
* cabinet doors not level and cabinets set crooked
* fan/light doesn't work at all
* tile in doorway cracked
* trash drawer will NOT STAY CLOSED
* pantry door falls out
* paint job horrible: trim painted with dust in place, paint spatters on floor; walls 2-tone where cut in
* hardwood installed in foyer has white hammer marks on every board
* magnetic brass door plates missing ($160) to my front doors
* trash, debris
