I had been frustrated with a lack of communication over the coverage of a transferred warranty.
Updated Review:
I was able to get a hold of Rob at Verette. He has been very professional since getting a hold of him. I am planning to have verette do the work on my house this summer to address my water problems.
He personally has changed my attitude about the company and I welcome working with him in the near future.

We were very happy with the work that Verette Construction did on our home. Verette had very specific systems that made our basement repair seamless. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The crew was enjoyable to have in our home. They always worked very hard and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. If you are in need of an honest, experienced contractor for your basement repair, Verette is a great resource!

Verette just finished a very large construction and excavation job at my home.
The entire team of workers were professional, thoughtful of entering my home with cleanliness, wearing masks and gloves at all times. They were time orientated and finished the entire job in 3 days. These workers earned their money as the work is labor intensive and required a firm knowledge of what they were doing. Rob, the partial owner came 2 times daily to check on the progress. The grading done was perfect. The cost of my job was fair and well deserved. No time is a good time to excavate and reinforce basement

I recommend you avoid using this contractor for basement repairs. We need additional work done and will be going with a different company. Find a company that won't forget something as simple as grouting behind the support beams (this is standard but Verette didn't do this). Their workers also used our brand new cardboard moving boxes for floor protection and ruined them. avoid!

Very disappointed in this company and their customer service. We specifically chose Verette over 3 other companies bids/estimates when negotiating the purchase of our new home. It was a $16,000 foundation excavation job. The work appears to have been done exceptionally well (kudos on that front); however, the drainage line from the sump pump (which Verette told me they replaced with all new parts) leaks terribly right next to the foundation wall at the joint where it comes out of the ground and connects to the extending pipe. Every single drainage, multiple times per day, it pours out of this connecting

When we had water pouring into our basement, our realtor recommended Verette Construction to come take a look. We were terrified! We are first time homeowners, and this was the first "disaster" to strike our new home. Rob walked us through the problem so we fully understood, offered affordable solutions, and left us feeling fully confident in the fix. Knowing we have these guys in our corner, we might not be so terrified next time disaster strikes!
