[1/9/2021] Short story: One year guarantee was not as promised, but the owner did try to make it right by finally giving me a correct diagnosis of what should have been a simple issue. I will not be using this company again. I appreciate the owner standing up for the work, but feel that I did not get the services promised efficiently and fairly: diagnoses and guarantee.
Before I begin, I want to note that the owner and technicians were respectful, professional, and as informative as they could be. The technicians were timely. The owner was not.

I’ve been using their services for years, usually for minor repairs and annual maintenance. They don’t price gouge and they will work until the job is done correctly. They just finished work on my system and the price had to change because the work ended up being more extensive than they realized when they gave the initial estimate (it was converting from a steam boiler to a hot water boiler), but they were willing to work with me on a payment plan to get my heat on and it’s working great now.

Matt was little late but went to work and had our gas fireplace working like new in in less than 2 hours. Disassembled the whole unit and completely cleaned it then reassembled the whole thing. Highly recommend this company for this type of services. Jim C.

If I could give MM 6 stars I would! We live in a very old home with very old systems. Jeff and his team have found creative ways to help us stay warm and cool within the confines our our family of five blue collar budget. When faced with equipment failures during extreme temperatures they have always been able to provide prompt solutions to our problems that exceed our expectations! Jeff and his team are just a phone call a way when my family is in crisis and I wouldn't call anyone else!

Vick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very efficient in getting my AC up and running without charging me an arm and a leg! I've been in situations where I felt as though I may have been being taken advantage of as a woman that doesn't know much about mechanics and what not. But with Mechanical Monster I felt very secure in getting excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
