Working with BMW of Bend was truly a pleasure! Everyone is familiar with how stressful it can be to go to a dealership and absolutely dread dealing with pushy salesmen. This was 100% NOT the case at BMW of Bend. Ian was very friendly, patient, and listened to the things I was looking for. He brought the various vehicles around for me to look at and talked me through the pros and cons of each for the things I was looking for. Before I left, he got me all set up in the new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable. They also gave me a great trade in for my Jeep. It was an amazing experience, not stressful

Great experience with Tyson Mairs and the rest of the Kendall team! Smoothest and most professional purchase transaction ever. Tyson is an excellent communicator and clearly answered questions and concerns - even though most of it was done remotely. Patrick in Financing was great to work with as well. An overall warm welcome and process. The orientation and hand over was at just the right level of detail, and I was soon on my way for a long drive home. Well worth a trek to Bend to buy from the Kendall team again!

We recently purchased a BMW X5 and had a great experience. Justin was our salesperson and he was very easy to work with. We came in looking for a different vehicle but after listening to what we were looking for he suggested the X5 because he thought it would also match our needs. Once we decided we wanted to move forward with an X5 he worked hard to get us what we were looking for at a price point we were comfortable with. He was very responsive to my questions throughout the process and the experience was easy and simple.

We just purchased a BMW X1 from BMW of Bend and it was a remarkably pleasant and professional experience. We had to buy a car within a day or two and they delivered. They accelerated the service of a newly arrived car. It only has 52K on it but they installed new tires and new brakes.The two reps that we dealt with, Tyson and Max, were very cordial and very professional. We were impressed with every aspect of the transaction.

Don’t ever trade in a car here they will give you low blue book for it and mark it up max when they sell it. And rude snobby while they do it. Found out how bad they do it to. I bought a bmw from them not to long ago only put a few thousand miles on it. Something came up and now I needed a rig to tow some heavy loads decided to go through them… again. Keep in mind I paid 19k for this car about what it was worth top dollar. When I went to trade it in to get the bigger truck they brought out kbb low price of 9k for trade in. This means they paid that for it then sold it to me for 19
