We hired Rockwood to finish our basement nearly 3 years ago. We were very pleased with the project and nearly 3 years later, we are so pleased with how the project turned out. Dave was very involved and an excellent communicator, and the foreman, Bob, was very handy and always paid attention to what we said. Great company, and would definitely recommend them.

I scheduled Rockwood to come out to my house to give me a quote on a new deck install. The day before the appointment, I received a call saying that "something had come up" and the appointment needed to be rescheduled a week later. When I stated that I was going to make a decision on selecting a contractor by this week Wednesday, the only response was essentially "oh, okay then."
So the extent of my experience with Rockwell? Polite, but they didn't keep their appointment and were not willing to fight for my business after they canceled on me for the nebulous reason of
