With little upfront cost, Newpeak worked with us on design and product selection to build my family an amazing home. There was give and take on both ends which resulted in a good building experience. Construction delays and covid impacted the build but communication was present and allowed us to work through the extended timeline. I followed the project closely, which I would recommend to anyone. Newpeak was always willing to provide a walkthrough of the site or discuss concerns relating to the project. In the end my family and I were able to move into a warm and comfortable home that does not
