Alonzo probably provides excellent service he wrapped my tv stand and loaded it in my van on 10/09/21 which was given to me free by 1 of his clients so no I did not hire him but made him liable for damaging the trunk when him and his worker put it down on the tv stand that wasn't pushed far enough inside of the vehicle it made such a load bang I thought the glass had broken on the van door so he instructed his worker to pull the tv stand forward when I returned home the trunk would not open even with the remote after contacting him he was rude and would not except responsibility and told me

Moved on 8/24/19 and my daughter's bed was not put together properly and the frame broke that night when she laid down. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They stuffed a full 2 bdrm apartment into the smallest truck they had. The owner, Alonzo pretended that he would reimburse for the frame he broke and the cost of the new frame; he asked for the original cost and cost of new frame before sending reimbursement. Sent everything this today, 9/17/19 and his response was he didn't break the $78 bed frame. WHAT? WHO ELSE DID? I moved my college graduate from Ohio and it was fine and other movers moved us

I have used this moving company 3 times since 2016. When I moved back into the state we had our stuff shipped on a freight truck and Alonzo and his crew did a great job moving us from truck into our new apartment on the 4th floor. They have been great with the other 2 moves as well. Just standard apartment to apartment moves. When I move back out of state, I'll be hiring Alonzo and his crew to drive our stuff to our new home. He's who I recommend to anyone locally.

I would stop give 0 stars if possible. My move was July 2012. You were living with a jealous girlfriend and you broke the base off of my almost brand new 46" Samsung tv and took it with you so that you could order the proper replacement piece. That never happened and eventually your phone number was disconnected. I stand by my review - you lied to get my business; I hired you to pack because I had just gotten out of the hospital, my husband was in Afghanistan and the day after the move I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon.

I have used Alonzo and his crew twice in the past year and was very pleased with their service each time. The last move, I had to change plans at last minute and he was great at working out another option. They come prepared, work efficiently, and take care with your personal belongings. The price for their services was reasonable and there were no unexpected charges. Alonzo is responsive, organized, and accommodating. I hope I don't need to move anytime soon, but if I do I'm calling Alonzo and Co. !

Alonzo and his team moved me at the end of October. They did a great job, and finished within the original time estimate. I have a delicate, antique desk, and they took extra special care to get it to my new apartment safely. I was really pleased with how quickly and efficiently everything went, as well as their willingness to make sure all my items got to the right spots in my new home.

I've used these guys twice now and had a great (and painless) experience both times.
Their response times are quick; just shoot them an email telling them where and when and they respond at the drop of a hat. They call you as soon as they arrive, and they've arrived in a 15min window each time.
They are FAST! They can wrap furniture in seconds and don't need manuals to take anything apart. You can tell they really know what they're doing and they don't waste any time.

I've had several movers over the years and I can definitely say Alonzo and his crew were top notch. I had to change the time a few times and they were extremely flexible. Alonzo kept me updated via text on his eta and arrived on time and ready to work. They brought dollies and blankets with them to ensure a fast and safe move. They wrapped everything and did not break, scratch or damage any of my items or any walls/floors. His prices were great! Actually cheaper per hour when you take into account he brings his own dollies and blankets. I pray I don't have to move again anytime soon.

After calling 15-20 movers, I decided to go with A&A moving. They had a great review and seemed accommodating and affordable. I was not disappointed. They were very professional, knowledgeable and expeditious in their work. I would STRONGLY recommend these guys. Last time I hired a moving company they showed up with 4 guys and moved much slower than the two men who showed up with a&a. They packed my storage closet with so much precision and care for maximizing space.

When I moved to the area in Sept. 2013, I used a POD and had a short time frame to unpack before I started my job. Not adequately planning ahead, I called A&A Movers the week before I needed help and they luckily were able to help.
The two guys that helped me unpack the POD were very polite, quick, and very helpful. I highly recommend A&A Movers. I will definitely be using them again.

A&A moved me into my new apartment on Saturday and they were fantastic. Both guys who did my move were friendly and professional. The move was completed quickly and pricing was just as they told me.
This was my first time using a professional moving service and now I wouldn't do anything else, it was so simple. I've already recommended A&A to a friend who will be using them this weekend.

I used A&A Moving over the holiday weekend (July 3rd) and Alanzo and his guys were amazing! Alanzo was quick to respond to my text messages and answered all of my questions. Then, his guys (Rio and Aaron) were wonderful! We had just put in new hardwood floors in our house and both Rio and Aaron were VERY cautious about picking of the furniture to set in place.
My only regret was not having enough cash to give a really good tip because they did such a great job!!

The good: the fees were pretty much exactly as stated. There was an extra $25 fee hidden somewhere (driving fee or something like that) but I figured that wasn't so bad as far as these things go. 2 guys came, they were strong, experienced, and extremely hard working. They didn't even want to take a break for water, I was amazed. They worked for 4 hours and only slowed down slightly at the end. I trusted them with my things.
The bad: the only bad thing is that they came 30 minutes later than promised. Not a big deal.
Bottom line: great experience

This past weekend I moved and used A&A for the move. I have to say AMAZING. They managed to take all the stress out of a very stressful process. I was moving from a 1.5 bedroom and loft apartment to a 1 bedroom and den apartment about a mile away. The job was estimated to take between 3-4 hours.
The two movers took less than two hours! Incredibly efficient, and honestly talented at filling the truck, these guys were great. All of my furniture was handled skillfully and with care. These guys respected my stuff, but were quick and efficient.

Alonzo helped us with our last move (2.5 hours, labor only) and we were very impressed. He took care to check in with me ahead of time - even when we had to do a crazy phone tag thing for two days he was persistent.
I found him to be extremely professional. He took care to move things using our blankets so nothing would get scratched. He and his partner somehow fit our couch into our apt elevator sparing the hideous carrying down six flights of stairs (should have hired him when we moved in!).
