As the son of a builder, Grandpa Ray Lindsey, Sr. built his first home on Maui in 1945 after serving his country during WW2. He founded Ridgeline Homes, Inc. as a Lindsey family corporation to be handed down to his "seeds" so that the tradition of quality home building would continue. Henry is a licensed contractor on Maui since 1983 and has supervised and built over 1200 homes on Maui.

We can help you make that decision by offering you a choice of carefully designed, tried and true floor plans. And we offer you the opportunity to express your individual style with a wealth of optional features and upgrades that can make the home we build for you uniquely yours.
Do you have a special lot requiring a keen eye to assess the grade and capture the view planes? Have you scoured plan books till blue in the face and all houses are beginning to look alike? Well, give Henry a call. With a few meetings and pertinent questions he can design your dream home based on how you live while keeping your budget in mind.
If you have your ideas for a floor plan scribbled on paper and need it to be drawn to scale, or you need a complete set of construction drawings to submit for a building permit, we have an in house draftsman that will draw up your plans using Softplan computer aided drafting. For homes that Ridgeline Homes, Inc. builds, Architectural or Engineering wet stamps are included.
