My Husband and I were looking for a new couch and love seat for our living room , We were very happy with the selection and prices here . When we walked in in we were instantly greeted by the staff but not stalked . They allowed us to walk around freely while we looked around which I really appreciated. The staff answered all our questions and were not pushy at all . The big thing is that they have stock we were able to get what we were looking for and get it delivered in the same week , this was was just awesome considering other places we went we were told it be months as they had nothing in

I’m being honest here. I am a stronger supporter of family owned businesses. I went in last year and purchased a new sectional, dinning table and bed frame. Not a cheap purchase. However, about 6 months in of owning my sectional it started to fray really bad and I noticed the one cushion had started to tear. I went into the store showed pictures and they reached out to their repair company. The repair person finally called me to come look at it about 2 weeks later. This gentleman said he would get the repair part for my cushion but as far as the fraying he recommended us shaving the fabric. Ya

I got my pre-approval on their site prior to going in the store which was very easy and convenient. I worked with Kathy was very nice and patient. I won free delivery when I spent the wheel of discount and delivery was very fast and done professional. This was one of the best furniture buying experience I have had. Also, I had one issue no fault of the store but they quickly assist with helping me with it.

Bout 3 weeks ago I purchased a love seat/couch recliner from this store. I worked with CJ and Brandone'. They were FANTASTIC employees. I have never purchased a couch before but they helped me through the entire process. They also demonstrated plenty of knowledge about all the products in the store. I meant to write this review a few weeks ago, but an impromptu trip to Chicago put it out of my mind. With the exception of a few people this place is ok just never work for them because they will move you around back and forth in your two months with no consideration of how you get there. You can consistently tell them about an off day months ahead off time and when theyve granted you that day and that day comes like your baby shower they will pretend that youve never mentioned it . People will lie to save their skin and they will fire you with no remorse cheap prices for cheap management

Lies, Lies, and more Lies! Please take your money somewhere else. I wish we would have. Customer Service is great until you make your purchase. After the furniture is purchased and financed they got you! They do nothing I mean absolutely nothing to help you. The quality of the Corinthian Furniture we purchased was very poor. Service Department is awful with scheduling. No one from this place returns your call. You have a better chance of getting in contact with a county case worker than getting a hold of these people. I've been waiting for months and months and phone call after phone call

I came to Elgin after finding them online. I was looking for some pieces after moving from Philadelphia to Cleveland, specifically a coffee table, some end tables and a TV stand. I ended up with a 3 piece living room set and a TV stand for $430 ($460 if you include tax), which is just under half off the retail value ($790). I purchased my pieces on a Friday afternoon, but it was after the warehouse portion was closed, so I had to come back and pick up my furniture the next day.
