With experience in the heating and cooling industry since 1979, Airflow Heating and Cooling puts customer comfort and care as top priority. We are a local, family owned & operated company with two locations, Cookeville and Sparta. We are a participant in the Tennessee drug free workplace and background checks are performed on all employees.
Airflow services and repairs all brands of equipment and we will honor all factory warranties on heat pumps, gas furnaces and geothermal units. Our entire company is built around honest and dependable service and your comfort is important to our entire team. We will never try to sell you a new system if your current one has life left in it and can be repaired properly.
There are several factors that can cause system freezing. Most need to be corrected by your Airflow technician. One thing you can do to prevent or correct this problem is to make sure the filter is clean or replaced. You can check to see if airflow is restricted. After replacing or cleaning the filter, you can speed up the thawing process by turning the system off and turning on the fan.

I am so impressed with this company. Called on a weekend not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday. Owner called me back within 20 minutes and had a service tech here in about 10 minutes and less than 30 minutes later had the problem solved and unit working. Highly recommend them. Excellent customer service!

We contracted through Lowe's and these are the people that they sent out to put in an entirely new AC unit in the house completely new brand new ductwork brand new AC unit and it has been a nightmare ever since. They peed on our basement floor (which I can't prove but I know it was them) they took months to do a job that should have been maybe one month's worth. We move in and it gets cold outside and there's no heat so we call them back out here per the instructions with the warranty with the unit and he comes out and goes oh yeah that was my bad I'm the
