After much interest in the mold removal industry, we became Certified Mold Inspectors, Certified Biocide Applicators and Certified Remediators with NORMI (National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors). As of 2010, we can now inspect your home for mold, educate on the causes, and help you come up with solutions to your potential problem.
We also became Certified Indoor Air Quality Specialists. There are many air pollutants in the indoor environments of homes and businesses today. Some of which are mold, VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), etc. There are ways to control these pollutants so as not to affect the health of the occupants.

Sonshine Construction and Home Services was founded in 2007 after we, the Cabe family, returned from a mission tour in Kenya, Africa. After returning from the field, our family desired to intertwine our talents of construction with our love for the Lord. So, we named our new business after the Son of God, Jesus Christ.
One of our main goals at Sonshine Construction and Home Services is to help keep your family healthy and safe. That starts with education. Terrible experience. They were unresponsive and late throughout the project. When they finally did the curb construction, they did it without consulting our engineer and did it wrong. So we had to do it again and ONCE AGAIN they moved ahead with communications with our engineer. AND THEY DID IT WRONG AGAIN! They postponed the opening of my store by a month and cost us thousands of dollars. When they finally did it right the third time, they destroyed the asphalt all around the curb. After all this hassle and pain, I asked for a discount on the price, which seemed fair since this was a nightmare
