I’ve used Dooworks in the past for help with my door opener and Cassidy talked me through an adjustment, because he couldn’t come out that day. I learned something about my opener and a lot about Cassidy’s commitment to customer service. So it’s no surprise that I called Doorworks for a new garage door. My old one had air leaks around it, (both from installation and from the panel pattern extending into the weatherstrip) and wasn’t well insulated. Chasity and his team were fantastic! They were no BS, no hidden costs, straight forward kind of business and I liked that! The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid. Door was ordered on Thursday and was installed by Tuesday! Only took a couple hours. I’m very happy with my beautiful new garage door! Plus, they even stayed behind to show me how to download the app for the garage door opener. Very helpful!

Recently our garage door needed to be replaced, so we called several companies to get a quote and stopped the search after we spoke to Cassidy at Doorworks. Wow! We called on a Sunday afternoon, they came out the next day and the door was installed a few days later. The door they recommend is sturdy and the color matches our home beautifully. They were on honest, on time, cleaned up after and genuinely cared for the safety of the install. I definitely recommend this local company.

We had our garage door installed by DoorWorks. I called for service because we found our garage door open yesterday. We figured out the control panel is broken. The person I spoke with I could tell could careless. I tried to look again at all the stuff I had asked about. So I called back again met with same bad attitude.
