We have used Kymbyl Komplete Kare since shortly after they started in 1999. Never had an issue and if can’t remember back that far, if there was, Bill and Kim resolved it immediately. They are professional and so is their staff. We use them for lawn care as well as snow removal. Fair prices and good service. Highly recommended by the Slater family. We live on a small street, and 3 out of 4 of my neighbors, use Kymbyl.

Do NOT trust this company.
I called for a free estimate while I was on vacation, come back to find they've mowed several times in the span of a week. I called and she apologized, didn't. Charge me for the mowings. I told her I still needed an estimate for a fall cleanup, yet again they came and did it without an estimate. My yard is tiny and it was only the front yard they did. $192.60
For a company who business relies on verbal contracts they didn't follow through on their end and charged me for the mistake.
That being said Kim was as nice as she could be over the phone, but

Part of my yard is pushed mowed and most is done on riding mower. I like the way they have the “lines” going in different directions each time they mow. Very happy with their service so far.
