This company is very professional and does great work. They stretched my carpet for me when I moved into my new house and I was very happy with results. I recently had some flooding happen and they were very quick to come out same day to address the issue and help us get on track with the repairs. I look forward to recommending them to friends and family.

Palouse Carpet Cleaning did a terrific job! Zach and Dan are very professional. They worked around furniture that I have in place. My carpet looks brand new and smells amazing! I have two dogs and a cat and Zach was great and worked around all of them. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of work phenomenal! I will be using them for any and all cleaning of carpets in the future! I cannot say enough good things about Palouse Carpet Cleaning.

Zach with Palouse Carpet Cleaning arrived promptly and went to work. We had him clean carpeting and even our oriental area rugs. Which he did to perfection! See the attached photos.
Throughout the process, Zach was polite and careful with all of our furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding our oriental area rugs and antique upholstery which is extremely rare these days.
We appreciate the gracious service they provided!

We just bought a home and our basement carpets felt disgusting. We never noticed it since we walked in our shoes when previewing the house. But after we moved in, the carpet felt horrible, even crunchy in some places.
Zach was very professional and explained the process. He measured and explained pricing. Explained the Scotch guard and how that can protect the carpets longer and with a kiddo and dog in the house, we definitely opted for that.
After the carpets were cleaned, everything felt right. We don't mind our son playing on the carpets anymore and we are literally breathing
