Customer service these days is everything. With so many options out there for almost anything you need; the experience a customer has when dealing with a company, matters. After finding a stain from a wooden planter on our $4,800 white quartz island...my wife called RSK Stone in a panic to see if they could suggest anything to get the stain out. She was immediately told “good luck with that, you're not getting that out...you can't even buff that out”. Well it turns out that you can get it out, and rather easily with some baking soda and solution. The counter looks perfect after a far less than

I used RSK Stone in Peabody to put on a countertop for my new kitchen island. The whole process was so quick and easy!! I expected a 4 month turn around as everything seems to be delayed with Covid and companies short-staffed. The entire project start to finish was one week. I was shocked when they said they could come measure and install within a week of me picking out my stone. Couldn't be happier with the job.

I would like to give 6 stars if I could. I have done a lot of research on bathroom countertops. Can not say enough good things about RSK stone. Both their price and service are the best.
Every employee at RSK Stone is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. The owner is very honest and trustworthy.
The template and installation were very quick and professionally performed.
We are very happy with our experience with everyone at RSK Stone and plan to use them again for our kitchen and other projects. I’ll update more pictures

I had such a wonderful experience working with RSK Stone. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, I needed some help choosing the best stone for our project. Went to RSK and found wide array of available product at reasonable pricing. They sent me to two wholesalers for further options....but you only buy from fabricators in this industry, so wholesalers just provide more color options. Just a matter of taste and budget. Raina walked us through whole process...perfect direction, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We shopped other private companies as well as the big box stores. After a month and a half of research, went back to RSK and chose our granite slabs. Unlike other places that wanted half down and 4-5 weeks to install, RSK needed much less

I just had RSK Stone install a beautiful granite countertop in my kitchen and I must say the experience from the moment I walked into showroom was nothing less than spectacular !!

Ronaldo and his crew are the definition of “doing business the right way.” I built a new construction residence and hired Ronaldo for the kitchen counter tops, bathroom counters, and wet bar counters. One of the islands was 8 feet and came with a mitred edge along with a sink made of quartz and all came as one piece. Needless to say, the island was incredibly heavy and likely over a thousand pounds. Unfortunately, when the island counter top was brought into the unit, several stairs were ruined in the process. Not only did Ronaldo take this very seriously, but he also put me in touch with someone

We tried a couple of visits to find our selection. The young ladies were so....patient with us.
After finally making our choices they were extremely competent with coming out to the house when our scheduled appointments were planned.
I think coming in and asking for advise was our best idea. They helped us with choices, coordinating colors and maybe we could have come in for advice on finding our general contractor.
We highly recommend RSK.

This is the BEST place. Ranaldo is awesome; super super responsive, great selection, and most important of all, he does beautiful work. Super efficient and he will do anything to meet your deadline and offer great advice to give your finish the best look. We purchase our kitchen countertop, full backsplash, stones for 3 bathrooms, and the wet bar countertop and a custom build cabinet. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Don't be scared by the location. It is not fancy by any stretch of means, but go in, give it a try, you will not regret it.

RSK Stone did a wonderful job installing quartz countertops and full height marble backslashes for my 7-unit building in Boston. The team was extremely helpful throughout the design and selection process and worked with me to find the right products to fit budget.
