In 2017 the State of California passed legislation to allow most single family residences to become essentially a duplex. This law is an attempt to alleviate the current California housing crisis. Fewer people are able to afford a home in this state. The opportunity created here is fairly rare. We had White and White Construction complete a room add on and kitchen remodel. Their attention to detail was so important when doing our remodel due to our home needing a lot of custom work done. Everyone of their crew was professional, on time, and extremely kind. They also left our home very clean (as clean as it can be) everyday when they left for the evening. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

I was having my house painted, front door replaced and roof replaced. The trim and corbels above the garage were rotted, which needed to be fixed before the roof could be fully completed. I called Connor and he came right out to quote. He was able to replace the trim and corbels quickly so the rest of the roof job could be completed. Everything turned out great! Attention to detail - which was not done when the house was built in 1965. After the front door was replaced by another company, we were not satisfied with the interior casing as there were uneven gaps between the door and walls. The

Highly recommend White and White. The neighbor across the street plowed through our fence and damaged the garage wall and destroyed everything in our side yard. While it wasn’t a huge job, it involved concrete, major hailing resetting a large post, barn doors and a pedestrian gate. The job started and finished to plan. High quality work. These guys are fantastic. Connor even dealt with the insurance company to review the bid because the insurance estimate was so low. Conner was responsive, professional and really easy to work with. We love White & White Construction.

White and White Construction built our house from the ground up almost 10 years ago in southwest san clemente. Brandon White (the owner) could not have worked harder, been more honest, or more amenable to my many changes. The house came out much better than expected and remains rock solid to this day. I had one very small problem almost 8 years after the construction was complete and Brandon hustled over here the same day that he found out and took care of it while refusing to take any money. He was a friend throughout the construction process and remains a friend to this day.

Just like one of the previous responders, I had a 70 foot tall tree come down in a wind storm in San Clemente, causing a lot of damage to my house. I emailed them with a request for a bid and they never responded. As a local real estate broker, I could have given them a lot of future referrals, but they blew it!

During the last rains, a 2000 pound tree fell and hit our garage. The garage was very badly damaged to say the least. We called several construction companies. Some were arrogant. Others were very nice, but most did the same thing. They would come out, but they didn't want to give us an itemized bid. Most of them said, "Tell us what your insurance company is giving you, and we'll go by that. We use the same software, so it should be the same." Really? Well, that's not true. When they realized that wasn't going to work with us, they threw out a number, not an itemized

We needed some work done on dry rot termite wood damage during our recent escrow process. I called White and White construction after having a very high dry rot repair bid from Reynold's Termite. White and White were not only; professional, honest, easy to communicate with, budget conscience, timely, but the inspector even signed off early on their work because they were doing such a great job.
