Straight Arrow installed a furnace and AC unit for a new home built in 2018. We recently had an issue with the furnace shutting off, and called them to check it out. Richard arrived first thing the next morning and fixed the issue which was under a 10 yr warranty. They are very professional and they care about the customers they serve, I highly recommend this company :) .

So I called bc my furnace in my man cave wouldn't stay lit very long. He didn't inspect the heater itself but made up some big story how it needed to be replaced. Come to find out after having to pay another person to come out it was fine. He woulda knew that had he inspected it
